Amazing home in Groznjan with WiFi

This beautiful house is located on the idyllic hill Biloslava. With only three neighboring houses, you can enjoy a lot of tranquility here. During the renovation, care was taken to preserve the typical Istrian flair. The house has all modern appliances and original charm. On the first floor you will find the living room with dining room and the kitchen with a traditional Istrian fireplace, where you can prepare the delicious dish 'ispod peke' or on colder days enjoy the crackling of the fire as you wait for the Istrian soup to slowly finish simmering. From the living room a staircase takes you to bedroom 2, which is ideal for parents with small children, as they can access bedroom 1 directly from here. The third bedroom is located 10 meters from the main entrance, next to the pool. The Parenzana bike path passes by the house and will take you on an exciting journey through the beautiful countryside, through tunnels, over bridges and to beautiful places with great panoramic views. Highly recommended for children families is the aquapark Istralandia near the accommodation.

Ein Träumchen

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche. Das Haus liegt abgelegen und super ruhig in der Natur umgeben von Olivenbäumen. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt, um einen tollen Urlaub zu verbringen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder dorthin kommen. Das Haus war sauber, könnte aber im Detail (unter den Kommoden dicker Staub) ab und an mal noch gründlicher gereinigt werden.. Einige Dinge, die auf den Bilder abgebildet waren (Rutsche, Beamer, Spielzeugkiste..) sind nicht mehr vorhanden. Das war keineswegs schlimm, könnte aber aktualisiert werden. Die Kommunikation war super und der Housekeeper war sehr freundlich. Einen Vormittag kam er vorbei und reinigte noch den Pool (welcher bombastisch war). Alles im Allem ein sehr gelungener Urlaub ein toller Ort, um es sich gut gehen zu lassen ☺️

Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist traumhaft. Die absolute Ruhe haben wir genossen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Betreuung vor Ort war gut und der Hausverwalter war jeder Zeit per E-Mail und auch telefonisch zu erreichen und war sehr bemüht. Aus unserer Sicht eine ganz klare Empfehlung, wenn man die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit mag. Wir werden wieder buchen!
