This authentic stone house is located in the village of Jakovici, inland Istria. It was built many years ago and renovated while keeping the traditional look. The interior is adapted to today's way of life and offers everything you need for a vacation. On the first floor are the living room, kitchen, dining room, bedroom and bathroom, while upstairs there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The large courtyard consists of two parts. The first, fully enclosed section has pool, sun terrace and barbecue. After that comes a lawn area for playing badminton or volleyball.

Das Haus ist ein Traum.

Das Haus ist ein Traum. Alles vorhanden was man für einen heißen Sommer im Kroatien braucht. Und jede Menge Ruhe zum entspannen. Man muss zwar 30 min bis in die nächsten Städte am Hafen fahren, aber das ist nur halb so schlimm bei diesem tollem Anwesen. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Ein schönes, gemütliches Haus und ein tolles (eingezäuntes) Grundstück. Es liegt in einer kleinen Sackgasse und dementsprechend ist es sehr ruhig hier. Bis auf den Hahn und die Schafe auf dem angrenzenden Gelände hört man nichts. Zum Einkaufen sind wir ins 15 km entfernte Pazin gefahren und zum Meer nach Poreč ca 20 Minuten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden immer gerne wiederkommen.Auch wenn die Waschmaschine leider schon am ersten Tag streikte, hat der Austausch super schnell und einfach funktioniert . Dankeschön an Mihael 🤗

Hier braucht man nichts weiter. Sehr idyllisch gelegen mit wunderschönem Garten, Poolanlage und neuem Poolhaus. Jederzeit wieder!!!

Romantisches Haus, ideal für Familien

Sehr nette Vermieter, unkompliziert und freundlich. Jedes Zimmer hat eine Klimaanlage und ein Bad. Der Pool ist schön groß und wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Direkte Nachbarn sind Schafe und Hühner. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.
