This property offers a clean environment, with a full kitchen, two bedrooms with comfortable beds, one bathroom with shower, washer, and dryer, an open floor plan, and free WIFI with video-streaming capability. You will enjoy peace from the hustle and bustle of city life . It is half a mile from the St. Johns River, near the Renegade-on-the-River restaurant/Tiki bar that offers karaoke. Deer, turkey, and other wildlife can, on occasion, be seen wandering through the property. Nice for hiking, biking, hunting, etc. On 28 acres of prime land!
