Just a 15-minute boat ride to Salt Springs, Silver Glen, or Jupiter Springs -it's all about the water and relaxation here! Bring a boat or rent one nearby. The area claims to be the "Bass Capital of the World"! Get your freshwater fishing and swimming in nearby and/or visit the white beaches and shopping in St. Augustine only about an hour away. Waterfront canal fishing & swimming (see full description under amenity "pool"). Welcome to our happy place! Pets accepted with a fee. Larger group? Check-out instructions
The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Do not pour grease down sink.
Set AC back to 75 in summer and heat back to 60 in the winter.
Return furniture/items to its original location.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
