*** The resort is starting to do a full exterior painting of the building. The tower that our condo is in will be started on September 14th with it being scheduled to finish on 01/15/2027. From 10/19 - 11/27 all balconies and the pools in this tower will be closed. The pools in the other tower will be open throughout the entire 09/14 - 01/15 time. All work will be done during 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. The other tower will begin it's painting on 11/30 and should be completed on 02/19/2027. From 01/18/27 - 02/19/2027 their balconies and pools will be closed but the pools in this tower will be open.

*** Beach Chairs are Included from 3/1 - 10/31!! There is no beach service from 11/1 - 2/28***

Start out your day by utilizing your fully-equipped kitchen and sitting on your balcony eating breakfast as the sun comes up!! If you don't want to cook breakfast head down to the coffee shop for both coffee and food! Next, either work out at the state-of-the-art fitness center or skip it and head straight for one of 5 pools. There is a pool here that will satisfy any age group. Hungry? As lunch approaches, why not try out the Riptide Bar & Grill that is available all year round.

Need groceries but don’t want to drive? Just visit the store across the street and grab an ice cream cone while you are at it. There is even an Alvin’s Island where you can purchase lotions, sand toys, bathing suits and towels.

End the day by playing a game on our Wii U GAMING CONSOLE. But, most importantly, take time to enjoy the sunset as you reflect back on your day of fun!!
