These fees are not included in the price of the home. This 2 bedroom, one bath is located in Venture Out on Cudjoe Key, FL. Featuring 35 feet of dock space on a clean canal. 23 miles outside of Key West!. Venture Out is a gated community that features a community pool, hot tub, tennis courts, basketball court, boat ramp and much more. This unit has been recently updated with paint, decor and much more. There is a dishwasher, grill, TV and free wifi. The unit includes a 2 person Kayak and Paddle board at no extra charge. The property was in the perfect location. We were able to watch the beautiful sunrise from the lagoon area. The pool was nice and clean. The kitchen was well stocked.

We loved our stay here. The hosts are very easy to communicate with. The home was perfect for us. The Venture Out community is beautiful. We used the kitchen here for breakfasts daily we loved the deck and canal. There were plenty of towels and everything was very clean. The washer and dryer was great to have we packed light and washed our clothes there. We rented a private boat, we went out on the ferry to dry tortugas, we explored museums and Mallory square in Key west, and it was close enough but far enough for quiet.

Property is a little older but is well maintained. The beds were comfortable and linens were nice and very clean. We have stayed at VO many times and would choose this property again. We did have a small issue with the AC while we were there but management was extremely responsive and had maintenance there quickly to fix the issue, they also made some very nice concessions for us in the time it took for the issue to be fixed. Management was polite, understanding, quick to respond to questions, and provided a great experience. I would give this property a 10/10, a very pleasant experience!

Family vacation! :-)

It was a family vacation with our daughter, we were able to take our JetSki and bring it right up behind this place made it so nice. Everything about our trip was fantastic thank you for an amazing stay. We are definitely looking to book again as soon as we can. :-)

Perfect for a small family getaway. Quiet place in beautiful location. Close to key west but also close to upper keys too. Property was clean and was just what we needed as a family of four. Would stay here again

This home was an excellent place for a getaway. We enjoyed the proximity of Key Kudjoe, the atmosphere of the Venture Out community, and mostly this VRBO. Very clean and comfortable. Great place to walk, bike, enjoy the beauty of the area and to explore the lower keys.

Great Place in the Lower Keys

Great house on a canal in Venture Out on Cudjoe Key. Convenient to our work location on Summerland Key and everything else in the lower Keys. Highly Recommend
