GREAT LOCATION in the tri-lakes area, bring your bikes and hiking shoes and enjoy the great outdoors. Monument Lake (closest), Palmer Lake and, Woodmoor lake accommodates paddle boarding, fishing and kayaking (Not provided). There are many excellent hiking locations; Mt. Herman Trailhead 5.8 miles away, Palmer Lake Reservoir 3.6 miles away, Spruce Mountain open space 7.4 miles away and, the New Santa Fe Trailhead that stretches 17 miles across the front range. This is a no smoking residence, if you are to smoke inside our residence, you will be charged a $400 additional cleaning fee.
Dogs are allowed on the property for an additional $30 a night but are required to stay off the bedding, couches and to be cleaned up after in the yard (doggie bags provided)
