Downstairs has a king bedroom and bathroom near the door to the back porch. Upstairs has a king bedroom with private bath and a small covered balcony for enjoying your morning coffee. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa that will accommodate up to two guests. Havenwood has a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter-tops and rich custom cabinetry. The wrap around bar is perfect for entertaining or keeping the chef company as they prepare gourmet meals! Havenwood has a cozy open floor plan.
