Downstairs has a king bedroom and bathroom near the door to the back porch. Upstairs has a king bedroom with private bath and a small covered balcony for enjoying your morning coffee. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa that will accommodate up to two guests. Havenwood has a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter-tops and rich custom cabinetry. The wrap around bar is perfect for entertaining or keeping the chef company as they prepare gourmet meals! Havenwood has a cozy open floor plan. The Living Room has a large flat screen tv with streaming capability, cable and a blu-ray DVD player. The cabin also provides a convenient gas fireplace for guests to enjoy during cold weather. It's as simple as flipping a switch! On the back porch you'll find a relaxing hot tub surrounded with a gorgeous forest view! Enjoy the outdoor fire pit while sharing stories and roasting marshmallows while the kids explore the woods and play on the playset. The back patio is also home to a gas grill and is set up for outdoor dining in the shade. Havenwood is a cozy, quiet cabin perfect for a getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. With this being said in order to bring a pet you must contact us directly, we will then approve or disapprove. This is due to pet owners taking advantage of an open pet policy. Our pet guideline include
-No pets over 25 lbs (Limit 1 pet)
-No pets on furniture or bedding (This will result in an added cleaning fee)
-You must pick up your dogs waste (we don't want to smell it or step in it)
-Fees apply to bring your pet (Mandatory cleaning fee as well as a deposit)
