This spacious 2BR/2BA condo offers a king in the master, two full beds in the guest room, and a sleeper sofa in living room, sleeping up to 6 guests comfortably. Enjoy a homecooked meal in the fully stocked kitchen or grill some delectable treats on the pool deck. Put your feet up and relax with a good movie after a long day at the beach in the beautiful living room. Gulf views from the living room and balcony are sure to make you want to stay longer. The Emerald Isle complex is situated right on the beach on gorgeous Okaloosa Island! Western view is of the Destin Sound- part of the Intercoastal Waterway, overlooking yachts, fishing craft, and beach homes. The beachside pool is spectacular with a handy ramp down to the beach for easy access. The pool area has plenty of lounge chairs and a picnic area complete with grills for a juicy steak on a balmy night.

The property was beautiful and located right next to the beach. A quick walk across the parking lot to the pool area and we had access to a private boardwalk to the beach. The only improvement I would recommend is the stove needs to be updated. Most of the knobs spin and come right off and it is difficult to know if the burner is on or if you have shut it off all the way. The bedrooms and living space were wonderful, loved having 2 big bedrooms for our family. Plenty of books and boardgames available to enjoy as well.

Everything was great except one of the knobs on the stove for an eye was stripped. We were able to use the eye to cook but had to use a crab leg cracker utensil to grip the stem where the knob sits to turn it on & off.

We had a fabulous experience in this unit! The view was beautiful. The water pressure in both showers was low but that didn't stop us from having a wonderful vacation experience. The communication with the property manager was great! Anything we needed, they responded almost immediately. We have been coming to stay in condos in Emerald Isle for several years, and never had a complaint about our stay. Fantastic complex!!

All faucets are loose ready to fall off Ice maker doesn’t work will drop some ice but pretty much melts in one big blob, even turned up to the coldest setting didn’t help Only one burner worked on stove so we went out to eat more than expected (appliances either need repaired or replaced) So over way to over priced for what I paid Sliding screen door doesn’t work properly slices rough The view was great !

View awesome….I’m a germ freak and cleanliness met my expectations. We only had one issue with a shower not draining well but surely did not interfere with our trip. I reported it to the owners upon departure and she reported to maintenance. I will definitely recommend this property, spacious and nice decor. Coffee on the balcony watching the waves!!!

They were doing construction on some of the condos while we were there so there we always hammering going on. They repainted an already small parking lot so there we no parking spaces. Our condo only had one parking place so the other car had to park on the other side of the complex. Only 1 elevator and it was on the other side of the complex. They had a wedding on Saturday so that made the parking almost none to zero. Couldn't get out by the pool all that day because of the wedding. I am sure this is not an everyday event it was just more than I expected.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was convenient on the second floor. We didn’t have to use elevator .

We had to call the maintenance our first night because their was no hot water. There were no blankets or comforters on the beds, so we had to go by blankets. After that, we had a good time !

Loved The Decor

My family and I enjoyed our stay. This place is decorated, very nicely, and had a homey feel to it. Our only complaints were sandy sheets, in the master bedroom, water got cold, as I was showering when another family member turned on the water, in the other bathroom., and the sliding glass door got stuck, in the master bedroom, and wouldn’t close. Maintenance did come and got it closed, but I was afraid to open it, again. Also need more lighting in the parking lot.

Great vacation stay! But a few minor upsets!

My family and I loved our time at this property! It was close to the beach, with a decent view and the condo was so pretty! The layout flowed really well and we felt right at home! However, we did have problems with the wifi.. the wrong password was left and a technician had to come out and the air conditioner wasn’t working at first. We also had to have someone come out and fix it. But they fixed it without 2 hours of our call! Overall, we loved this place and would come back!

Loved this condo!

Very clean and loved the location, it was on the beach but not as close as the pictures made it look (but still was amazing) only issues we had as the family were the stove and the knobs. Besides that it was amazing.
