Amazing home

Awesome house & so close to the Beach!!

The homeowners had thought of almost everything. Kitchen was well stocked as well as supplies. We didn't find the beach wagon until day before we left, but we should have called and asked. Great place to stay!!

New, clean, just as in pictures. Easy walk to the beach if you don't have much to carry. A 5-minute drive to Washington Park Beach, if you've got too much gear. Great place for the 12 of us, from 7 to 67. Would stay here again. No soap or shampoo in the bathrooms?

Fantastic House in a Wonderful Neighborhood

Fabulous, spacious house with amazing decks in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen area and large living room were perfect for my family, and my two little granddaughters loved all the room for playing! The codes used to lock and unlock the doors worked flawlessly. The uppermost deck was perfect for late evening relaxing with drinks, while the covered front porch was outstanding for sitting during a steady rain.

Epic time with my amazing family

We had the most amazing time. We were able to walk to the park and beach. The water was absolutely freezing cold and the sand was very hot. But that didn't stop us from having so much fun. The kids even enjoyed the stay. I was able to reset my peace back. We are looking forward to coming back again. We enjoyed the outside of the property too. And watching the sunrise was awesome. They have everything you need right there. All you need to bring is your family and friends.

Priceless Memories

We just returned from an amazing vacation at this property! Perfect size for our group of 10. We enjoyed the walks to the beach. You can choose from several beach access locations or drive and pay to park. Since we were provided with a beach wagon, we walked. We had everything we needed in the well-stocked kitchen. Loved the front porch, 2 different decks, and could watch the sunset over the water from the upper balcony. The kids had plenty of space to play, enjoyed smores at the fire pit, and even a short walk to the zoo. The home itself is beautiful, maintained and has quality furnishings. Would definitely recommend!!!

Reviewer Comments: The home was beautiful, well stocked and had plenty of space to gather as a family. The concerns we had mostly relate to the management of the home, we had a crawling infant to made it very clear that the floors were not clean within 30 minutes of being in the home, all the tub drains are very slow, be careful, the hot water temperature set to scolding, makes it convenient when you want a quick, hot shower, but it could easily burn a child quite badly. Please be aware that the Home is NOT in the resort no it is it have the resort amenities, we were not aware of that until we arrived. We enjoyed walks to zoo, the beach, and the park and splash pad.

Everything was as listed. Beautiful interior. Super clean. Great for a few families or friends. GPS to location is perfect. Many DoorDash and Shipt options for groceries and meals. Short drive to the public beach, which was great.

Family beach trip

We enjoyed our stay at this property with 4 adults + 4 kids under 8! It is conveniently located near a couple of entrances at Sheridan Beach. The house itself was very clean, new and spacious! All of the outdoor spaces are lovely, we really liked the roof deck. The only minor ding was that when we arrived the outdoor trash can was totally full from whoever stayed prior to us. It didn’t get picked up until the following afternoon and had become extremely stinky/full of flies. This made it unpleasant getting in and out of our cars that had to be parked adjacent to the trash area. As parents with younger kids and a bunch of stuff to schlep to/from the beach, it would’ve been nice to have access to a wagon since the house is located up on a hill. Other places we’ve stayed had that in addition to beach chairs, so we’ve been spoiled. Just something to keep in mind if this is important to you. Also, we were unable to locate an outdoor hose which would’ve been great post beach to clean off sand. Overall, we had a nice visit and this property checked off most of our boxes!
