Communication problem

This specific property was advertised as a 2 bdrm, 3 bath. It has a single toilet and two separate shower stalls (neither of which have a toilet). It is a small amount of sq footage as well. Fortunately, Johanna had another property in the same building & floor that completely filled our needs having 3 bdrms and 3 full baths. Johanna allowed us to switch to the larger property. It had triple the square footage. Only one of the two TV's worked, but we did not notify Johanna.The one TV that did work only got Netfix. We had a hot water issue that Johanna resolved that day within 6 hrs of notification. Johanna speaks broken English, so speaking French helps a bunch!

Great place - only one toilet 😟

Great location. Managing staff was accommodating and efficient. Apartment was clean, new, and excellent accommodations. The only thing we didn’t like was there was only one toilet in a very tiny separate water closet. You could barely close the door. It said two bathrooms on listing, which meant two showers.

It was a beautiful apartment in a great neighborhood with so many shops all around and the metro just down the street. It could have been a bit cleaner is some parts but overall a very nice stay.
