A very comfortable and tastefully decorated space! This charming space features a comfortable king-size bed and a sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Enjoy the convenience of a full bathroom and a private patio complete with a rejuvenating hot tub. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, a microwave and a two-burner cooktop (no oven), ideal for preparing simple meals. We also provide a starter supply of coffee and tea to kickstart your mornings.

*This listing is based on double occupancy, meaning there is a fee for each guest beyond 2 people. Day visitors are not allowed so every person on the property at any time (including infants and children), must be on your reservation. Maximum guest occupancy is 3.
*Please do not try to open locked doors or wonder into patios belonging to other units on the property.
* Early checkin and Late check out must be a arranged in advance and will come with a charge. The Housekeeping company pays their staff by the hour, whether they are cleaning or waiting for guests to leave. In general they charge a fee of $25 per hour to alter the check in or check out time

We live just a short drive away and are readily available to assist you throughout your stay. We are always quick to respond via the message function on the booking platform.

We are located 8 minutes from Oakhurst with all of its restaurants and amenities. We are more than happy to help you with any questions or suggestions for activities in the local area. We are avid travelers and love to share our area with others. We have an extensive binder in the suite with information on local attractions including Yosemite.

You will need a car to get around. If you want to go into Yosemite via bus you can look into the YARTS bus from one of the nearby stops.

Note: At times Yosemite National Park requires reservations, see the official website for details, if you fail to get them you can take the YARTS bus or another tour into the park without reservations.

Charcoal for the grill is not provided. While we try to keep salt, pepper and oil stocked for your convenience, it is not guaranteed.

The thermostat will only allow you to set the temperature between certain minimum and maximum temperature limits. Should you need to exceed these temperature limits there are additional fees.

Please note: some roads from the East, such as Tioga Pass and Glacier Point are seasonal and are closed October through June.

Pack-n-play must be requested in advance.

PLEASE NOTE: Hot Tub is available for use 24/7 but please know that the hot tub servicer may stop by at some point, during daytime hours, to service the hot tub. We do also have other service providers (Gardner, pest control, etc.) who may be outside on the property during daytime hours, from time to time.

You will receive a fee request after booking to cover additional housekeeping expenses. The housekeeping company charges $50 for checkouts on any of these holidays.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not alter our cancellation policy for instances of rain, snow, smoke from fires, failure to get reservations to the National Park or closures to the national park. Please purchase your travel insurance accordingly.

After booking, you will be asked to agree to a rental agreement which restates the policies detailed in this listing.

Lost and Found: All lost and found items will be kept for up to 7 days. Shipping cost and staff time to mail it back will be charged to the guest. The minimum fee to ship an item starts at $50 and may increase depending on shipping cost.
*Quiet time is 10PM-8AM
*Parking for ONE vehicle included (no trailers/boats), any vehicle beyond one is $25 per night arranged in advance (based on availability), undisclosed vehicles are $50 per night for the duration of your ENTIRE reservation.
*Any guest not disclosed in advance of checkin will be charged at double the nightly guest charge(plus taxes, $93.66 per night) for the duration of your ENTIRE reservation.
*We charge for INFANTS, please ensure you have included them as `children` on your reservation, or you will receive a fee request after booking to correct the reservation
*No refunds for outages beyond hosts control, ex. WiFi, electric, water, etc
*Smoking/drug use anywhere on or in the property will incur a minimum $100 fee.
*We are unable to allow pets/service animals as we have a family member whom regularly uses the home and has an extreme allergy. We charge a $500 fee for undisclosed pets/service animals to ensure the safety of our family member.
