We enjoyed our stay and Geordie was a great host. Always available for any questions. Was a great location and we miss the wonderful view out back. Would definitely consider a return trip in the future.

Great condo and pet friendly

We had a great stay and were provided with everything we needed. Great location with easy access to highway and amenities. Very clean condo and even came with a covered parking spot.

Two month stay

I can't say enough good things about our stay. The condo was great and the neighborhood is amazing. We loved watching the animals in the pond, we will miss it!

The condo overlooks a large lake in the rear of the property, and is in a golf and country club. It is a nice sized condo with a lovely kitchen, en-suite bath, guest bedroom, and indoor laundry. If you like TV, it has YouTube and Netflix, anything else requires you to have a subscription. For an extra fee you can partake in the amenities: swimming, pickleball, tennis and golf. There is also a restaurant and a golf store to pick up your golf attire. George, our host was always available for anything from slow WiFi to getting packages delivered. Thanks to George, we had a wonderful time.

Fun in the sun

The property was very well stocked. The host (Geordie) was very accommodating and readily available to answer any questions or concerns. Geordie was a pleasure to deal with and the community is fabulous.

Perfect Vacation Property

My husband and I stayed at this condo for 5 weeks. It had all the comforts of home plus a spectacular view of the lake and golf course. It was fun watching all the different types of birds. I was sad to leave and could have easily spent another 5 weeks. I highly recommend this property. The owners were readily available via email or phone.

Fun month stay

We enjoyed staying here. Aside from one crotchety old fart unwilling to share the nearby pool without openly griping about tourists, we had a great stay. Hosts were very accomodating, security was done well, and the view from the lanai was great. Didn't see the gator in the lake, but did see one in another nearby. Another guest there said he saw a panther run across a nearby golf course - pretty cool!

Truly amazing!!

Property was excellent. Took advantage of all that River Stand had to offer. Owner was the best. Made the use of the condo easy. Laid everything out. Met new friends there. We were there thru 2 hurricanes. lol. Would totally recommend!!

Beautiful and well kept!

Geordie was responsive at all times! Not that we really needed him, as the condo. was is perfect order. Loved being on the first floor with the pond off of the lanai! It was soooo quiet, you could hear a pin drop. The only sound that could be heard were the sounds of the beautiful bird life in and around the water!
