Ground floor: Living room with lounge, TV and DVD. You have access to the 50 sqm, covered terrace with garden furniture. Kitchen with dinette, dishwasher, gas stove (4 burners), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and washing machine.
1st floor: Bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 baby bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed at sleeping chair. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and bidet.
2nd floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed at sleeping chair. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and bidet.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Medulin. The holiday home is located on a 2500 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs, and trees. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Stone house. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking on the property.
