The house features 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8) and 3 bathrooms, with a eastern exposure to the pool and whirlpool on a saltwater canal in SE Cape Coral.
Enjoy the Sunrise in the morning during breakfast on the patio, the pool with a large sunledge and whirlpool, or sit on the boat dock and try to hook some fish. The 8 \ Billiard table the BBQ whirlpool and the large outdoor area invites you to some relaxed evenings with friends and family.
The house was completely remodelled and modern refurbished in 2015 including 3 new bathrooms and a new modern kitchen with black pearl granite countertops in the kitchen and the 3 bathrooms.
ELECTRICITY: The power allowance is 10.00 USD per day. Additional usage is calculated at $0.17 USD per kilowatt hour. Meters are read at check-in and again at check-out. Any overages are paid during check-out.
