Located 100m from the sea on the edge of the Bénodet corniche on the French Atlantic Riviera, the apartment benefits from a south-west facing terrace with sea view. Upstairs served by lift, the apartment is composed of a double bedroom with new bed Queen size, a living room with TV opening onto the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with washing machine and a separate toilet.
A parking space is available in the residence.

The apartment is 1 minute walk from the sea and 4 minutes from the beach as well as the Casino Barrière and the Relais Thalasso de Bénodet.

Ideal for a couple or a couple with a child.
Double bedroom: queen size bed 160x200
Living room: extra bed sofa 130x190
All bedding is new (May 2023).

Bed linen and towels not provided. Linen rental possible on request.

For the period July and August, rental is only from Saturday to Saturday.

We loved Kate’s apartment and its perfect location in Bénodet, close to the beach, the centre of town and some lovely walks along the coast and an estuary close by. As others have said, the balcony, especially in the morning and evening, was a delight. The apartment was spotless, very well equipped and we had a kind and efficient welcome from Sabrina. In a busy and popular coastal resort, the private parking was a bonus. Kate was a most attentive host. She responded instantly to any questions and could not have dealt with a problem with the shutters more quickly and thoughtfully. All the suggestions she gave of places to eat or to visit were spot on. We felt very well looked after, had a lovely relaxing holiday and recommend the apartment without reservation. Merci!

Un très bon souvenir de vacances

Nous sommes restés 6 semaines et regrettions de partir car l endroit est particulièrement agreable. : bien situé pour visiter la region, calme , de très belles promenades à pieds depuis l l'appartement, une place de parking en bas de l l'immeuble. Nous recommandons vivement
