We are delighted to welcome you to our 2-room apartment COMPLETELY RENOVATED TO NEW located at the gates of Saint-Raphaël in the heart of the village of Pierre & Vacance in Cap Esterel lieu dit d'Agay.

The 28 m2 apartment is composed of:
- a bedroom with double bed + TV + cupboard, a living room with TV, two beds + an extra bed, a kitchenette with dishwasher, washing machine, hob, microwave, oven-grill, kettle, filter coffee maker + Senseo, toaster, a bathroom, a separate toilet, reversible air conditioning, storage and parasol.

- A private parking space for one car.

You will greatly appreciate the south-facing terrace with a magnificent view of the sea.

The holiday village is entirely pedestrianised in the heart of a 210-hectare wooded area.
You will have access to the many shops, restaurants, bars, mini-market, night market and various activities: playground, city stadium, table tennis, laundry...

You will have pool cards available that will allow you access to the 5 swimming pools:
- The heated swimming pool with beach of 380 m2 open and supervised from April to November 5.
- The 1100 m2 wave pool with slide, paddling pool and diving pit, open and supervised from mid-April to mid-September.
These two swimming pools are located 3 minutes from the apartment.
The other swimming pools are located at the Hameau 10 minutes away.

Other activities with supplement: Tennis, golf (35-hole driving range and 9-hole golf course), paddle tennis, childcare, spa.

You will be in the immediate vicinity of the beaches and all the leisure activities offered by the Massif de l'Esterel:
- The D-Day beach facing the Ile d'Or and accessible via the free little train (in summer), the Pourrousset beach, the Poussaï beach, the coves of Cap Dramont and those of the Corniche road.
- The Esterel massif is a fabulous site that offers the possibility of beautiful hikes on foot or by mountain bike.
- Boat trips, canoe and kayak rental, parasailing on the beach of Agay.
- The Agay water sports centre with adventure course, zip lines, paintball...
- Canyoning in the Verdon Gorges.
- Towns and villages not to be missed: Saint-Raphaël 20 minutes away, the historic centre of Fréjus 30 minutes away, Saint-Tropez/Gassin/Grimaud 1 hour away, Cannes 1 hour away, Cap d'Antibes and Nice 1 hour 15 minutes away and Monaco 1 hour 30 minutes away.

During this summer period, you can enjoy the activities organised by Pierre & Vacance: festive evenings, children's activities, sports activities in the morning.

- 1 hour free to park your vehicle near the apartment located on the 1st floor and unload your luggage. Then you will park your vehicle in the private parking space in the basement 200 m away.

- The price does not include cleaning: It must be carried out by you for your check-out, if not conclusive, 60 € will be claimed from you at the exit inventory.

- Bed linen may be provided according to the schedule. Please contact us for confirmation.
Towels not provided.

- Lost swimming pool cards or parking badge: we will ask you for €50 per card and badge. This is the amount you pay to make a new card or badge.

- Non-smoking apartment, please use the terrace. - Apartment located on the ground floor without lift. No PRM access either in the building or in the apartment.
