You'll find this apartment on the garden level of a classic, brick-and-stucco home that dates back to 1854. The industrial-chic interior pays homage to that history and carries it into the modern era with beautiful brick walls, exposed ducts, stone floors, antique and modern furnishings, and counters, mantels, and a staircase made of steel. Step into the living room to find a comfortable L-shaped sofa, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and a bistro table where you can sit down for a snack or set up your laptop to log onto the WiFi. The sleek kitchenette is just beyond, offering a minifridge, an extra-large toaster oven, a microwave, and anything else you might need to prepare appetizers or leftovers from last night's dinner out. In the evenings, you'll find the sleeping accommodations in three separate spaces - the front bedroom, the living room, and the nook beneath the stairs.

You'll be able to walk to so much from here, including Forsyth Park (less than half a mile southwest), restaurants, shops, churches, a grocery store, the riverfront (three-quarters of a mile north), several museums, historic homes, horse-drawn carriage rides, trolley and ghost tours, and movie filming locations (including those of Forrest Gump and Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
