A wonderful house

We enjoyed the stay at this luxurious House to the fullest ! It is very well equipped and perfect for families / friends , providing lots of space . It is situated in a calm and quiet Community with a lot of nature surrounding it . Several beach accesses are close by , perfect surfing conditions on the endlos stretch of Atlantic Ocean beaches between Arcachon and Biarritz . Daytrips to Biarritz , St.Jean de Luz , Espelette , San Sebastian are within easy reach . Thanks to Loic communication and support were super friendly and easy - perfect for us .

Paradis !

Un séjour entre amies au calme, sous les pins, proche de la plage dans une maison tout simplement incroyable. Tout y était parfait : l'aménagement et la déco de la maison, la communication avec les personnes qui nous ont accueillis, la literie, la propreté, l'équipement à l'intérieur mais aussi à l'extérieur ! Grâce à la grande terrasse en partie couverte, nous avons pu profiter du jardin tout le temps, même les jours pluvieux ! Un vrai petit paradis, ça a été un séjour vraiment agréable à tout point de vu ! Merci pour tout !

Wunderbare Zeit oder auch Ende Gut, Alles Gut

Nachdem uns 24h vor unserer geplanter Ankunft unser anderes, gebuchtes Ferienhaus storniert wurde, mussten wir auf einem französischen Autobahnrastplatz nach Ersatz suchen. Glücklicherweise stolperten wir über Loics Haus. Die Kommunikation war von Anfang an super nett, Loic hat es möglich gemacht, das Haus und den Pool innerhalb von 24h für uns herzurichten, er kam uns mit den Zahlungsmodalitäten entgegen (da alles etwas kompliziert, da wir ja schon the road waren...) und begrüßt uns sehr freundlich am nächsten Tag. Das Haus ist einfach wunderschön, das riesige Schiebefenster ist großartig, die Betten sehr bequem, die Bäder komfortabel, die Küche die am besten ausgerüstete, die wir je in einem Ferienhaus hatten (auch der Geburtstagskuchen war kein Problem), in dem großen Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelmaker standen schon Getränke für uns kalt. Der Pool war super, viele Liegen, ausreichend Sonnenschirme. Und das leicht trübe Wasser in Laufe der ersten Woche wurde von Loic kontrolliert und behoben. Loic kümmert sich wirklich sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, ist dabei aber sehr bemüht die Privatsphäre zu wahren. Alles in Allem war es also fast ein Glück, dass uns unser Haus so kurzfristig abgesagt wurde und wir somit die Möglichkeit hatten unseren Urlaub in Loics Haus zugenießen.
