Family Vacation 2023

Condo was just the right size for our family of 5. Enjoyed the short walk to crab hunt. And we always like going to Johnson Beach. Everything was great!

Family Beach Trip

This unit is spacious for a family of 5. It was clean and comfortable. The AC worked great!! The hot tub was not working at the time of our visit.

Girls’ Trip

Had a great time. The property was clean, directions provided for locating and accessing the property were concise and clear. Grounds had some construction ongoing but it was obvious that the overall feel was that it was well kept. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

The only thing I would suggest is to have written instructions on how to use Tv / and remotes. We were not able to watch Tv in family room

Great condo and perfect location

Condo met our needs. The location is perfect. Pool was great, not crowded. A few improvements for the condo would be very nice - get rid of all the toxic non-stick cookware. However, the rug and couch in the living room needs a shampoo or to be replaced - the condo was very clean but the rug and couch made us uncomfortable. Better black out drapes or shades in the 2nd bedroom are needed - the hall light stays on all night and lights up the entire room, making it difficult to sleep in that room. Overall condo is a great size for a larger family. Easy walk to the beach.

Perdido Key getaway

Any problems were basically quickly handled by southern rentals. However the owner truly needed some upgrades and the chairs around the table were cheap and debatable about their safety. Overall it was nice but owner should personally check on it periodically. Southern Rentals took care of the little requests very quickly.
