It can accommodate 6 adults maximum and 4 children. <br><br>The house extends over 2 floors. On the ground floor are the 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with the 3 toilets, and upstairs the living room with the kitchen open to the living room and dining room.<br><br>On the ground floor:<br><br>You will find an entrance with clothes racks and a space to leave your shoes. <br><br>A separate toilet with a washing machine. <br><br>2 double bedrooms with a 160x200cms bed and a wardrobe.<br><br>A bathroom with a large shower, 2 sinks and 1 toilet.<br><br>A master suite with a 160x200cms bed, a wardrobe, a private bathroom (1 shower and 1 sink) and separate private toilets.<br><br>A children's dormitory with 2 bunk beds (4 beds of 70x190cms).<br><br>Each room has a TV.<br><br>Upstairs:<br><br>Whether from the kitchen preparing good food, from the sofa reading a book, from the dining table while dining with the family or from the terrace having coffee in the morning, you will not tire of the breathtaking view of the sea and the horizon!<br><br>The kitchen is fully equipped, it has an oven, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge, 2 coffee machines (Tassimo and filter), kettle, juicer and everything you need to cook (raclette machine for 8). We also have baby spoons.<br><br>The living space is fully open. It has a pellet stove (bag of pellets for a fee/ on request at the time of booking) available from November to April.<br><br>Hen nights/hen nights are not allowed. Pets are not allowed.<br><br>The house is on a plot shared with another house. Parking next to the house can accommodate 3 cars.<br><br>The pellet stove is available from November to April. Bags of pellets are available for a fee and available on request at the time of booking. <br><br>Another house is on the property, you have to leave the passage in front of the house for 1 car.<br><br>Linen (sheets, towels, bath mats and tea towels) as well as end-of-stay cleaning are included in the rental price.<br><br>Booking implies prior reading and acceptance of all the terms of the advertisement.
