Easy Beach Stay

The property was clean and comfortable with excellent beach access. Our unit was quiet and clean. The furnishings are modern and feel appropriately beach. Overall, it was a great stay for our family.

Palazzo 1406

The location and building were spectacular. The elevators are very efficient & we rarely had to wait for them. The pool area was very nice, the kids loved it. The condo itself was well decorated & comfortable. Our only issue was the cleaning process. We chose not to have early check in added to ensure there was time for adequate cleaning before we arrived. Our check-in was at 4, we arrived at 6. The condo was not clean when arrived. There was food and other items left behind in the kitchen, living room, & balcony table. There was hair in the shower & bathtub, and fingerprints all over the balcony doors. And, on the last day when I began to load the dishwasher to leave (we hand washed the few items we used during the stay as we used them), I realized it was still full from the previous renter. However, the property manager did refund half of our cleaning fee when I contacted them & sent photos. Other than the lack of housekeeping we enjoyed our vacation & the property.
