The outdoor space is resort-like, with a massive patio area, outdoor kitchen, and a fire pit for roasting s'mores and telling stories. Wash off the salt and sand in the oversized outdoor shower! The interior has enough space for the entire family, with a primary bedroom with brand new bathroom suite, a Queen bedroom, brand new full bath, and a walkout ground level with a Queen sized Murphy bed. There is a spacious living room with wraparound sofa, granite + stainless kitchen, and a cheerful sunroom with a Queen sized pullout and large deck. If you do decide to ever leave the backyard oasis, all of the beaches, shops, and restaurants of Barnstable are just a short drive away!

Wonderful getaway house

We couldn’t of asked for a better house to have a family get together! I don’t believe the pictures do the home justice!! Rooms were not only beautiful but far more spacious then appear to the listing. I highly recommend this home!

Beautiful property!

Picture of property implied more bedrooms, no bathroom on main floor. Should be hooks and towel racks to hold clothing. Need bedside lights in downstairs bedroom. Otherwise the house was fabulous and we had a great time!
