3rd Floor Tower 2, same floor as the parking garage walkover!

Come enjoy yourself at The Majestic and relax in luxury in the center of Panama City Beach. Whether you are on a romantic get-away or a family vacation this unit will make your vacation that much better. Enjoy yourself on our spacious balcony with a cup of coffee in the morning while watching the sun rise or sip a cold cocktail while the sun sets, all you have to do is step outside of your bedroom!

This property is in TOWER 2 of the Majestic.

This spacious interior set-up with coastal/modern interior decorations creates the immediate feel of vacation making your beach experience even more enjoyable. This beautiful living room kitchen combo offers communion throughout the whole unit with comfortable seating, a large kitchen countertop, and a 65" flat screen smart television while overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The living room also offers a Queen Size pullout couch.

The Master bedroom offers an elegant KING size bed and a large flat screen television. The Master also has its own closet, vanity mirror, walk-in shower, his and her sinks, and personal access to the balcony from the bedroom.

The second bedroom has a king size bed a private bathroom.

The third bedroom has 4 twin size bunks 2 full size bunks with a flat screen TV.

The queen sleeper sofa in the living room brings the sleeping capacity to 10.

Majestic is located in the center of Panama City Beach and is close to some of our favorite eats such as Dee's Hangout and Fishale Taphouse and Grill. Right down the street the family can enjoy Shipwreck Island Water Park which offers fun to all ages.

The Majestic Beach Resort offers guests stunning new facilities. There are 5 pools! Two outdoors pools, one of which includes a kiddie pool; or, relax inside in one of our two heated indoor pools. Onsite, the Majestic Theatre shows movies every Friday and Saturday night. The onsite Majestic Market is open seven days a week from 7 a.m. till 7 p.m., and features Starbucks Coffee, fresh breakfast pastries and muffins, gourmet sandwiches, tossed salads, and pantry items.

***For Parking, guests will need to register via a link we will send you. There is a registration fee of $40 (plus a transaction fee) per vehicle. If you cancel the transaction fee is non refundable. During peak season (MAY-JUL) only 2 parking passes are permitted per condo***

Great place and plenty of room for 7 people. GREAT VIEWS and very secure. Only negative 2 of the bedrooms were a little warmer than the kids would like but a fan helped out.

Master bedroom ocean side the bed had not been changed, floors were nasty and the bathrooms had not been cleaned. we bought cleaning supplies to clean. Freezer did not work well. We lost some frozen food such as ice cream and waffles due to not freezing. large bedroom where you enter the complex the air conditioner did not work. could not get anyone to come look at it had to use a fan the entire week and that room was miserable. Bunk room was nice for the kids however the white wood work was nasty with brown something all over it. it had to be cleaned. Both couches were broke. Porch was very nasty and the rug was awful and stunk! The condo was very pretty but nasty. Host was good to get right back to us. Host needs to change cleaning company and repair a few things. We will not visit this one again.

Everything about this place was great! We enjoyed the great view, clean beautiful rooms, and the friendly staff. The only reason I gave it a 4 out of 5 is because we couldn’t hook up to the internet, even after reaching out to try to get help. Internet is wonderful to have when phone service isn’t great while on the balcony or in the condo. It was hard trying to download places to eat and attractions.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Faucet in main master bath is broken and leaks water, ice maker and water dispenser in fridge doesn’t work and fridge is barely cold even on coldest setting, missing remote to ceiling fan on living room and second master bedroom is at minimum 10 degrees warmer than the rest of the condo. Bunk room mattresses are like sleeping on springs causing some of our party to sleep on the couch. Reached out to property manager about room temp and fridge and did not receive a reply. Location is great with being on 3rd floor.

This property was the perfect spot for us to be a part of the Junior League Hollyfair. It was conveniently located to the venue, very comfortable beds and has beautiful views of the gulf. I am so glad we selected this listing of the many options we had!

It was wonderful from beginning to end!!! Easy to book! Communication was perfect!!! Only down fall was the mattresses in the bunk room could use updating but over all a wonderful stress free week!!!

Nice family trip

Our family of 7 stayed here for 5 days. The condo and our unit was great. The pools were nice and beach access was very easy. The location was also very good. We will plan to stay at the same location again in the future.
