On one level: living room-kitchen-lounge (double sofa bed 140x190 cm), 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140x190 cm / 2 single bunk beds 90 x 190 cm), bathroom (double and WC). Terrace, garden with swing, private parking. Possibility of storing motorcycles in the owner's garage (see conditions on site). Single-storey apartment completed in 2019 in a renovated 1950 dwelling house, located in the Aix countryside. Small charming residential hamlet, near a farm and an equestrian center. Good comfort. Large private terrace and land available. Apartment in a house located 10km from Aix les Bains and 25km from Annecy. In the heart of the Albanian countryside, a hilly region halfway between Lake Annecy and Lake Bourget (the largest natural lake in France). Magnificent walks and hikes in the Regional Natural Park of the Massif des Bauges. Proximity to many nautical, recreational and outdoor activities. Mountain bike circuits and bike rides in the middle of this gentle mountain or along the Bourget lakeside path. Privileged location for visiting the region: Chambéry and Annecy, towns classified as "Art and History"! An ideal stay between lake and mountain, to enjoy peace and country life!
