These apartments with shared pool are located about 3 km from Pomarance. They belong to an ancient building from the 17th century, located in a beautiful panoramic position on a gentle hill. The "palazzo" has been transformed into five vacation apartments with a beautiful irregularly shaped pool (16x10m), located in front of the building with extensive views that stretch from the town of Pomarance to the valley of the Cecina River and over the hills where Volterra rises. Green outdoor areas on different levels surround the building and near the pool there is a spacious sun terrace and a panoramic terrace with two bathrooms. Guests have access to a communal barbecue. Children's playground (slide, swing). WLAN internet access in the pool area. A coin-operated washing machine is located on the first floor in a common room. The last 700m of the access road are not asphalted. Distance: Pomarance (stores of all kinds, public sports facilities) 3 km. The convenient location allows you to reach some of the most interesting cities in Tuscany: Volterra 25 km, S. Gimignano 55 km, Pisa and Lucca 80 km. The sea and the beaches of Marina di Cecina (free beaches and bathing establishments) are about 50 km away.

zauberhaftes Palazzo zum Entspannen und Ausruhen

Das Palazzo und die Umgebung sind wunderschön, der Pool großartig und bei diesen heißen Temperaturen überlebenswichtig:) Uns war nicht klar, dass unsere Wohnung im Obergeschoss war und keine von dort begehbare Terrasse oder Balkon besaß. Doch wir konnten die wunderbare Terrasse am Eingangsbereich nutzen und somit war alles gut! Paolo und Donatella waren herzlich warme und freundliche und sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeberinnen und haben trotz lustiger Verständigungsprobleme immer super geholfen, gute Tipps gegeben und waren einfach sehr lieb! Das Gelände ist sehr gepflegt und an jeder Ecke gibt es den herrlichsten Ausblick❤️wir kommen bestimmt wieder!
