Balcony. Large shared terrace on the 1st floor. Shared land and courtyard. Ski Arêches. Total surface area of the gîte: 74 m² including attic areas. Contemporary Chalet within a pleasant typical hamlet. Residential area, very quiet. Sunny Southwest Coteau. Beautiful natural setting of forest and meadows. Good comfort. Cosy Attic rooms. Large balcony. Beautiful unobstructed view of the Beaufortain massif. 3km from the family resort of Arèches-Beaufort and 16km from the link to the Olympic resort of Les Saisies and its vast ski area (Espace Diamant) and the superb Hauteluce-Val-Joly-Contamines-Monjoie area. In the heart of Beaufortain, a true "little Savoyard Tyrol". Ideal for exploring the summer by bike or hike in several massifs (Val d'Arly, Beaufortain, Tarentaise, etc.). Many legendary passes!
