New house very well located, many sites and services accessible on foot or by bike:
100 m from the small Pussou beach, the Kérobistin park and the nautical centre.
5 mins walk from the port of Sainte-Marine, its shops (supermarket, bakery) and many restaurants.
10 minutes walk from the large beach of Sainte-Marine.
You will have 3 large bedrooms upstairs, which can accommodate up to 6 people:
2 bedrooms with double beds 160x200 cm and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds 90x200.
Please note: Sheets and duvet covers are not provided (you have to provide sheets adapted to the size of the used beds, pillow covers 60*60, and duvet covers 240*260 for the double beds and 140*200 for the single beds). You can rent the sheets : you have just to ask me the prices and I will make the order if you are interested.
1 shower room, 1 WC on the ground floor and 1 WC upstairs.
Equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer), washing machine.
Large garden with terrace, garden furniture and barbecue. Possibility to park up to two cars in the driveway.
