In front of the living room on the ground floor is the covered terrace, the pool area is shared by guests. On the spacious natural plot are a tennis court and a small playground with tree house. Crib on request. Ideal for families who love contact with nature and exercise: From the cottage hiking trails lead into the woods and to the lake, ideal also for mountain bikers. On the first floor of the apartment there is a large living room with fireplace and bathroom, spacious kitchen, equipped porch and access to a large garden. The upper floor is accessible via a spiral staircase: Here are three large bedrooms: one with two double beds, fireplace and bathroom with bath; A double room with a third bed and another double room with bathroom in the hallway with bath and shower. Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Outdoor pool on site shared with other guests is open mid May - mid Sept..
