Cute duplex unit at U.P. Sunrise Cottages resort has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath.
Fully equipped kitchen with pantry. Linens and towels. Fast Wi-Fi. Smart TV. One window A/C unit. Seasonal recreational activities include playground, aquapark, kayaks, SUPs, firepits, lawn games.
Requires a signed rental agreement and a $250 security deposit hold placed directly with property.
Sleeping arrangements:
Queen bedroom
Bunkroom: twin bunk bed plus twin bed
Bathroom with a shower.
Also includes:
Campfire wood, fishing dock, charcoal grill.
Shared guest laundry.
Snowmobile and ATV enthusiasts: Ride less than a mile to Trail 8. Trailer parking available.
We are about an hour drive from Munising and the Pictured Rocks boat tours, 35 minutes from Marquette, and about 10 minutes from Gwinn, where there is a full grocery and several good places to eat, including the UP North Lodge, Poppi's Pizzeria, Daisy Joe's and more!
Watch the sun come up with a warm cup of coffee, relax while the kids play at the beach, and take advantage of the areas many attractions and local restaurants! We want you to feel right at home and have an amazing family vacation with us!
