Very clean, spacious and great yard for dog.

We happened to stay 4 days with temps up to 90’s for a family wedding. Unusual for June so we really appreciated the large fans in every bedroom. House had everything and in case anyone still irons we also found that and an ironing board. Nice for a formal occasion. Owner was very accommodating and replied quickly to any concern. Would definitely stay again.

Christmas Vacation

House was perfect for a trip home to see family. Met our needs and was clean and organized. Would definitely look for availability again on a future trip. They even had a Christmas tree up and lights on when we arrived!

Great red house rental!

What a great house, close to all places to visit in western u p. Had a great stay with family and had plenty of room to enjoy our stay! Plan on coming back for future stays for more exploring in western Michigan and wisconsin

Home away from Home

Clean and comphy, the house was perfect for our stay. We came up to Marquette for my sons wedding, and the location was perfect. Hope to make ot back again, so we can try the sauna out!

Clean and spacious home

This house is huge and VERY clean! Lots of room for large families. It's in a great location, too. Centrally located to beaches, rivers, streams, grocery stores, restaurants, and anything else you could need!! We will definitely come back!

Christmas Break 2022

We enjoyed our stay at this property with our daughter, 4 grandchildren and a dog. It was a great pet friendly place to stay with the fenced back yard and the close proximity to Marquette Mountain. Molly is a gracious host.

Family wedding

Thanks was a great place to stay as we went up for a family wedding. House was well equipped with about everything you need. Fenced in yard was great for the family dogs. Wi-Fi need help but was a great place to stay, thanks again will be booking in the future!!

Holiday visit

Our daughter and son in law recently moved to Marquette but are in the middle of a massive home renovation and do not plan to come down state for Christmas ( like every other year) so we decided to jet up for a few days to see their new home ( that is not yet ready for over night guests), the Vrbo was perfect for what we needed. The home is just 4 miles from our daughter and will be perfect for future visits as well! We will definitely check the availability of this home first for all of our future visits. Thank you, also, for the festive decorations. The effort you put into decorating made all the difference and we truly appreciated it!

Great Location For Our Trip

If you need a great location for visiting Marquette, this is it. So close to everything, yet has a nice private backyard that is completely fenced in. Highs: The size of this home was incredible for our family. We did not cook at all, but the kitchen we well equipped. We did not realize there are two TVs in the home, that was nice too. All in our family only used the lower level shower and it had amazing water pressure! Lows: There was a lot of traffic that woke us at night. We did not realize this was such a main road. After the first day we were too tired from all the fun we had to notice, and the amazing backyard made any noise worth it. There was a funky smell in one of the lower level rooms. There was a dehumidifier running in the lower level that was very loud. The air conditioning was only for the upper level. It was quite warm the first two nights and sleeping was difficult. The host did provide some nice fans in all rooms. The towels were stored in under the sink cupboards. We had some that scoffed at the cleanliness of this location, we purchased additional towels and detergent and used the washer and dryer provided to wash as needed. There were no curtains in shared spaces (and quite visible from the road) and only sheers on bedrooms. Overall, this was a fantastic house for our trip, a great centralized location with lots of room. We all enjoyed our stay. With a few improvements, it would be perfect. Thank you to our hosts!

Nice clean place. The owner appeared in the back yard just before dark the night before we left. I had the storm door open about a foot so we would know when our small dog wanted in. I did leave it ajar for a while. So he was spying on us. I saw a guy walking around and he did identity himself but the listed owner was a woman. Even though there was a little breeze he was concerned the wind would rip the door off the house. There in no way was enough wind to damage anything. If there was i would not have left the door cracked. Pretty scary having a strange guy looking in the window. No curtains on the upstairs windows so it was easy for him to spy on us from across the street. Other than that the stay was good.

This property was spacious and very clean. There was room to spread out and offered a nice family friendly stay. The kitchen was well stocked if you want to cook meals. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a washer and dryer. The two bathrooms were also great to have. The outside can be noisy at certain times due to the location but not a deal breaker, just have the heavy sleeper stay in the front bedroom. The backyard was great since it’s fenced in and the fire pit was great for sitting around at night. The location itself is close to everything you want to do from shopping and eating to going to the beach, riding your bikes on the paths in downtown Marquette or hitting the local MTB trails. I would definitely stay at this location again.
