Cute duplex unit at U.P. Sunrise Cottages resort has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath.

Fully equipped kitchen with pantry. Linens and towels. Fast Wi-Fi. Smart TV. One window A/C unit. Seasonal recreational activities include playground, aquapark, kayaks, SUPs, firepits, lawn games.

Requires a signed rental agreement and a $250 security deposit hold placed directly with property.

Two Bedrooms:

Bathroom with a shower.

Also includes:

Campfire wood, fishing dock, charcoal grill.
Shared guest laundry.
Snowmobile and ATV enthusiasts: Ride less than a mile to Trail 8. Trailer parking available.

We are about an hour drive from Munising and the Pictured Rocks boat tours, 35 minutes from Marquette, and about 10 minutes from Gwinn, where there is a full grocery, two dollar stores, and several restaurants.

Watch the sun come up with a warm cup of coffee, relax while the kids play at the beach, and take advantage of the areas many attractions and local restaurants! We want you to feel right at home and have an amazing family vacation with us!

Cottage was clean and exactly as described although we weren’t able to take advantage of the lake the area was kept up well. Looks like a great place to take a family for a week

Cozy little cottage

Very cute little cottage. Very clean property owner was friendly. All appliances worked as they should. Water was hot and furnace kept us all warm and cozy.

Amazing resort

The UP sunrise is an amazing place to stay with children and families! They have cabins to fit all sizes of groups! We had a group of 7 and we absolutely loved it! The hosts Angie and Jeff and their family were fantastic! The place is clean , the lake is beautiful and the beach and Accommodating things to do for children of all ages even us adults! Group campfires, corn hole , I can’t say enough great things ! We will definitely be returning !
