Come enjoy this lakeside condo with amazing views. With activities like hiking, mountain biking, whitewater rafting, tubing, horseback riding, tennis, and golf you'll never get bored in this gorgeous area of the NC mountains. Plus, this condo is part of the Sapphire Valley Resort so you'll have access to lots of additional amenities and activities. And after a long day, you can relax with a cold drink on the large back deck and take in the views of Bald Rock and Fairfield Lake.

This is a split level, townhouse style condo. You enter onto the middle level which has the guest bedroom (with king bed) and guest bath. The guest bedroom also has it's own private balcony.

Walk down a few stairs to the lower level and you'll find the fully equipped and updated kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a large island. The adjacent dining area includes a vaulted ceiling and a table that can be expanded to accommodate 8 chairs.

The living room is where you'll want to sink into the large leather couch with a good book or grab one of the comfortable chairs and plan out your activities for the following day. This room also has a vaulted ceiling and a large stone fireplace. We've enjoyed countless evenings in front of the fire during the colder months. A Roku TV is in the living room as well if you want to catch up on a show or fire up a movie (Netflix, HBO Max, and Prime Video are included). A stereo with Bluetooth capability will allow you to connect your favorite device and provide a soundtrack for your evening.

We spend most of our time on the spacious back deck that provides an awesome view of Bald Rock and Fairfield Lake. This is the perfect place to relax after a long day. Challenge someone to the "ring game" or sit back in a rocking chair and take in the fresh mountain air. A charcoal grill and a gas grill are both located on the deck and there's an outdoor table and chairs if you prefer to dine al fresco.

The master bedroom (king bed) is also on the lower level and has a vaulted ceiling and an awesome view of the lake. The master bath includes a double sink vanity and large whirlpool tub.

The upper level has two additional bedrooms (each with 2 twin beds) as well as a small bathroom.

This is one of the few units in the area with no stairs leading to the front door. That may not seem like a big deal now, but you'll appreciate it once you've unloaded all the coolers and suitcases from the car and not had to lug them up or down a flight of stairs.

This unit is part of the Sapphire Valley Resort and you'll have access to all of their amenities. (There is a small fee required to get a temporary amenity card). At the Recreation Center you'll find two outdoor pools, an indoor pool, two hot tubs, two saunas, tanning bed, game room, and mini golf course. Towels are provided at the rec center. The activity field includes a quarter mile running / walking track, basketball court, picnic areas and a playground. You'll also need your amenity card to access the beach area at Fairfield Lake as well as access to boat rentals including canoes, kayaks, paddle boards, and paddle boats.
