A bright and spacious 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home in Sapphire Valley Resort. This property sits just across from the tennis courts and adjoins the driving range. An open floor plan includes a living room with a stone gas fireplace, a dining table for 8 and a kitchen with plenty of counter space for preparing great meals. Just off the living room, a guest room has a queen bed and an en suite bathroom with a walk in shower. A second guest room has a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a walk in shower. The master bedroom has a king bed and a large en suite bathroom with a walk in shower and a garden tub. Upstairs, a loft overlooks the main level with a pool table and TV. The upstairs bed room has two twin beds and two queen beds, this room uses a full bathroom with a combination tub shower.

This home comes with the option to purchase Sapphire Valley Resort amenities. These amenities are not at the home. They are in a separate drive-able location. You may join for $5/day or $25/week per person. Your amenity card will allow access to 2 outdoor swimming pools, Indoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, wet sauna, exercise room, arcade, ping pong, pool, outdoor miniature golf, horseshoes, basketball courts, tennis courts, playground, track, picnic tables, community center, organized excursions to Cherokee and the Biltmore House in Asheville, a 9 hole (par 3) golf course, Fairfield Lake boating amenities and discounts on lift tickets and rentals during the winter season. Specific to this home - you will also get a discount at the Sapphire National 18-hole golf course, provided number attached to check-in package.

Your reservation includes a damage protection plan. The damage protection plan is $40, and it covers up to $500 in damages. In lieu of purchasing the damage protection plan, guests have the option to choose a refundable security deposit. If you would like to pay a refundable security deposit, please contact us. The security deposit is $500 and will be administered subject to the NC Tenant Security Deposit Act.
