You are located on one of the best access canals on the island and mere moments from Charlotte Harbor, Pine Island Sound, and Matlacha Pass. Trout, Snook, Redfish, Grouper, and Tarpon are just some of the fish you will find nibbling at your line. It is less than 5 miles to world renowned Boca Grande Pass, home to some of the world's most active tarpon fishing tournaments. You can also sit on the large outdoor screened lanai where you can see straight down the canal and enjoy the amazing sunsets and beautiful weather of Southwest Florida. If you are more of the kayaking type, there are plenty of protected waterways along Jug Creek and Pine Island Sound that are great for kayaking. Bokeelia is a peaceful little town, perfect for the nature lover looking to enjoy all their surroundings.

Nice place to stay!

Very well epuipped place in a great location for fishing and boating. Nice to have use of boat lift and the pool water was excellent.

Fishing Tournament

The communication with us was excellent home was clean everything we needed and excellent access to the water with the boat. Thank you for making it all we had hoped for

Excellent location & comfortable house

The living/dining/kitchen area was great & comfortable for 6 people. The beds were comfy but small, the master was big enough for a King size bed and a recliner, but they only had a Queen. The kitchen could use some more silverware & coffee cups, updated cooking utensils and potholders (there were none). I saw 2 coffee pots in the pantry but could not find the carafes for them. They did have a small Keurig. The pool was refreshing and the hot tub, dock area, boat lift were great amenities. The grandkids enjoyed watching the manatees from the dock. There were several areas around the house that had ants, including the kitchen. We also saw several centipedes inside the house. Neighbor was very friendly.

Relaxing The Manatees hung out the whole weekend behind the house

We love the house; the split floor plan, the decorating, the screened in pool, watching the sunset, watching the manatees, cooling off in the pool, it was nice to pull our boat up and come to the house by water
