Plenty of room for the whole family, this property comfortable sleeps 8 people. Bring your boat, plenty of space for boat trailer parking and minutes out to Boca Grande Pass. Public boat ramp located on the same street for easy drop in. *Pets under 30 lbs welcome, pet fee of $150 does apply.*

Christmas on Pine Island

Our stay was great, weather wasn't the best but we did get out to fish a couple days. Grass at this home is awesome, the kind that you take off shoes and walk around in. House is very nice and has everything that you need and then some. Master Bed would be my only complaint, remove the full and put in a King.
