A practical holiday home with a fenced garden and two-level swimming pool (deep and shallow), which offers you refreshment on hot summer days. Children will love the play equipment in the garden. Enjoy pleasant and cosy days on the pretty terrace of the house. The house is only a 10-minute drive from the interesting holiday destination of Pore. Stroll through the many small alleyways and spend your free time in cosy restaurants. Explore the picturesque Istrian peninsula, discover its natural beauty, marvellous beaches and let the crystal-clear sea inspire you. Drive along the coast and visit the small towns and villages such as Novigrad, Porec, Rovinj and the largest city, Pula, in the far south. Each town and village invites you to take a stroll through the alleyways of the old town centre. Get to know the culture and mentality of the inhabitants of this peninsula, savour traditional dishes and wines from the rich and varied gastronomic offer of this region. All the summer events in more or less every coastal town provide entertainment for young and old. Take a boat tour and see Istria from the sea. Istria is a peninsula with good transport connections, so all towns and villages can be reached quickly and easily by car. For all nature lovers, we recommend a trip to the Brijuni National Park, which can be reached by boat from the fishing village of Fazana, near the town of Pula. Simply switch off and have a good time, far away from your stressful everyday life.

Fijn verblijf gehad. Appartement is mooi, schoon, en fijn om te verblijven. Het zwembad is top en ook de ontvangst door de eigenaar was prettig. Rustige omgeving met goede ontsluitingswegen. Enige punt wat ik wil noemen is een zeer hard matras, maar dat is smaakafhankelijk natuurlijk. We hebben genoten.

Vi har været mange steder i årenes løb, men intet kan måle sig med denne skønne Perle. Kommunikation op til ankomsten var rigtig god, alt foregik på engelsk og vi følte os trygge. Vi blev budt velkommen med en rundvisning i den skønneste oase, og der ventede os en kølig flaske rødvin som velkomst. Stedet var endnu bedre end på billeder, super rent, og på det punkt er vi meget kritiske. Alt var rigtig godt vedligeholdt og værten har været rigtig sød og imødekommende. Værten opdagede under rundvisningen at en hængekøje var gået i stykker, de kom med en ny dagen efter. Det føltes rigtig rart at der var styr på tingene. Vi havde poolservice hver 3 dag, hvor vandet blev checket og pool samt spa blev gjort rent. Det har været en ren fornøjelse at bo i dette fantastiske hus hvor vi var ugenert og havde hus, pool og have for os selv. Vi plejer ikke at tage de samme steder på ferie, men her kommer vi helt sikkert igen! Tusind tak for at vi som familie kunne nyde vores sommerferie i de skønneste omgivelser.

Eine sehr schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung.

Eine sehr schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung. Zweimal die Woche kommt jemand von der Poolreinigung.Leider war ein Kleiderschrank für alle Personen etwas wenig, zumal die Bettdecken ebenso mit in dem Schrank untergebracht waren. An das Fernsehen musste man sich gewöhnen, da nur ganz wenige Sender auf Deutsch zur Verfügung standen.

Willkommen im kleinen Paradies

Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt und würden die Wohnung jederzeit weiter empfehlen. Alles da was man braucht, richtig toller Garten! Super Lage, man ist ruckzuck in Porec. Lediglich die Betten und Kissen waren etwas unbequem.

Schon der erste Eindruck bei der Ankunft war hervorragend, gepflegter Garten, auch die Wohnung Klasse, der Pool und Jacuzzi sehr sauber, wurde mehrmals (auch nach Unwetter) von einer Firma professionell gereinigt, die Vermieter sehr freundlich und nett, sehr ruhige Lage trotz Strassennähe, Strand, Einkaufs- und Ausgehmöglichkeiten für ein paar Autominuten gut erreichbar, einzigste negative war das das Etagenbett für Erwachsene nur bedingt geeignet ist wegen Platz, ansonsten waren Betten und Matratzen für uns ok., Hier hat Preis und Leistung/Angebot gestimmt.
