This tastefully and modernly furnished vacation home is located on the beautiful island of Brac in central Dalmatia. It is perfect for a larger family or a smaller group. The lowest roof slope in one of the bedrooms on the upper floor is 50 cm. The spacious pool terrace with comfortable sun loungers exudes vacation atmosphere and is a dream. If you want to practice sports, there are tennis courts near the house, a beautiful, child-friendly pebble beach is easily accessible in a few minutes by car. Although the house is located on a street, the fenced garden ensures that your children can play here carefree. Selca is located in the tranquil eastern part of the island of Brac and here you can really enjoy swimming on the beaches of numerous bays. Brac lives mainly from tourism, fishing and agriculture with vineyards and olive groves.

Fantastic villa

Lovely villa. Photos don’t do it justice. Amazing views of the sea. The 2 apartments were very clean and the top one had a dishwasher, a great bonus! It was a 2 min walk down to the beach, which had a fab beach bar, paddle boards and pedalos. The pool was lovely and regularly cleaned. We would defiantly come back. Thank you for a great holiday.

Great property...but

The property is great, in an amazing location. Unfortunately we had to leave the property early because of nearby construction noise. The work was due to stop, but sadly had run over into our holiday period. Novasol were very responsive and helpful and quick to find a solution. In the end, we left early, and Novasol have offered a very fair refund for the curtailed stay.
