From our property, you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula. Conveniently located near the grocery store (32nd street), 30+ restaurants & bars and the Balboa Fun Zone which are all within a 2-15 minute walk.
Spend time experiencing fun daytime adventures with The Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, and Sailing Adventures which all depart from the Balboa Pier. Or simply enjoy a relaxing luxury beach vacation!
This upper-level, professionally designed home includes:

Our home also includes A/C, 2 parking spots, in-unit laundry, smart TV, WiFi, propane BBQ, fireplace, bed linens, beach & bath towels, boogie boards, beach chairs/toys, and sand umbrella.
IMPORTANT HOME NOTES:
- Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking.
-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.
- Upon arrival, the guest agrees to be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management.
- Guests submitting a reservation the same day as their arrival date are advised to message Tower 17 Properties prior to submitting their request. Same-day reservations may be required to accept a later than advertised arrival time of 5 pm to ensure the completion of our cleaning and inspection process.
This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.
- Must be 30+ Years Old to Rent
-This is the upper (2nd & 3rd Level) of a duplex home.
(You will not have access to the ground level patio/right garage)
-Please review house rules regarding noise, day/nighttime occupancy, etc.
-Must sign a liability waiver in order to use our Bicycles & boogie boards.
-(2) Designated parking spots are provided, (1) garage and (1) tandem carport located on the LEFT.
- Home has (2) sets of stairs, (1) to enter the home from the front door or garage, and (1) to access the master bedroom or rooftop patio.
-Crib/Pack n' Play & High Chair must be requested prior to your stay.
-Must utilize child protective gate (located in the bedroom closet) on the inside stairway when children are under the age of 4.
