A modernized boutique classic 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath, across the street from the beach with a beautiful balcony to enjoy the ocean view. The pool is outside the front door in the courtyard with BBQ grill and patio sets.

The unit is fully stocked with all kitchen tools and appliances, a coffee maker, towels, blankets, and the beach gear you may need. There is a coin laundry located beneath the nearest stairwell.

The beach in this area is not usually busy but more of a local and residential spot.

The Worlds Most Famous Beach aka Daytona Beach is about 25 minutes South and the Flagler Beach Pier is to the North. Enjoy the many restaurants within driving distance.

This is an adorable condo by the beach. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. The outdoor area was perfect with a beautiful pool and patio area. The location was spot on being right next to the ocean but the way the building is around the pool area made it very private and protected from the wind. The owners made a book full of suggestions of where to eat and what to do In the area. Was close to the race track and made a perfect race weekend.

I absolutely love this place! I came here back in June with my friend Tiffany Taylor and loved it so much I bragged about it to 2 other friends and they wanted to come so I booked for us and now they are totally in love with it! One of my friends loves it so much she talked about if she could afford to rent it monthly she would sell her home in Ga. and move here permanently. We plan on booking the condo again next summer

This condo is in a 2-building property. It is clean, with a beachy, Mediterranean vibe on the interior. The pool is clean, there is beach access right across the street, and everything you need is close by. There are restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations and entertainment of all sorts within a short drive. There was a misunderstanding with another tenant about parking and the host handled it promptly. This is a great area and a great, homelike place to stay. I highly recommend!

This is my 2nd time visiting OBS, but the first time staying in this condo. Owner has excellent communication. The condo has a beach-relaxing ambiance, and the location is the best! Want Daytona Beach without the loud crowds? This is the place! We had beach chairs, towels, and even sunblock stocked for us to use! The kitchen offered all we needed to cook as well. The beds are comfy; one more than the other IMO. We had an excellent mother/daughter vacation. I look forward to staying again.

I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again. FYI the washer and dryer cost 2 each, there is no dish washer, and the hot water in the shower only lasted 8-9 minutes.Overall I enjoyed my stay, received a prompt response from the host when I had a question.

I have stayed in the complex a few times but this was the first time in this unit. It has easy pool access in a quiet residential area. Hosts were kind and quickly responded when we had an inquiry. They left a great binder filled with local recommendations. I recommend this listing!

This was our second stay at this condo and we had just as much fun as the first. The location is perfect - so close to the beach! The rooms are well furnished, kitchen is well stocked with not only plates, cups, etc, but also small appliances. Beds are comfortable and linens are plentiful.

Amazing

This properties is one of our favorite places to stay in Ormond. Location is great easy access to the beach. I am pretty sure setting on our balcony we seen dolphins everyday. Just overall beautiful place would stay again and again
