In a small, peaceful village in a hilly location awaits you this semi-detached house in traditional construction. Everything is at your disposal for your carefree stay. You will find cozy living spaces on two floors, where on the second floor there is a kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and a terrace. You can get to the second floor, which has the same room layout, via partially covered outdoor stairs. Thanks to the layout, all vacation guests will find a place of retreat for themselves.



In the courtyard you can relax by the pool or prepare delicious fish and meat dishes in local style on the grill. The Parenzana walking and cycling path with various tunnels and bridges is nearby and highly recommended as an excursion destination. The sea and the mountains are waiting, as well as inviting restaurants or wine bars.

Fijne vakantie woning voor een degelijke prijs. Indeling is apart en even wennen maar voldoet aan de verwachtingen. Het zwembad is netjes onderhouden. Matras is wel echt aan vervanging toe. En ook de douchecabine mag wel een opknapper hebben en is erg klein. De omgeving is heel rustig en iedereen is heel vriendelijk. Ook kan je Istrië vanaf deze locatie goed ontdekken.

Erholsamer Pool-Urlaub im Hinterland

Wir waren im Juli im Haus und haben einen schönen Pool-Urlaub gehabt. Man erreicht mit dem Auto binnen 30 Minuten die Strände in der Umgebung von Poreč, sowie zwei Aqua-Parks. Einzige negative Eindrücke waren 3 Baumaßnahmen in der Nachbarschaft und ein Hund auf dem Nachbargrundstück der den ganzen Tag (fast 24h) unter einem Baum angebunden gebellt hat. Meine Beschwerde hat nur zum stundenweisen Unterbrechungen des Bellens geführt. War wirklich nervig. Am letzten Tag wurde noch ein Haus abgerissen, was Alles mit feinen Stab überzog.Zum Glück hatten wir bereits das Meiste eingepackt. Der Nachbar hat uns dann mit Wein entschädigt 😉 Der Pool wird 2x die Woche gereinigt und ist sehr gepflegt. Das Geschirr ist etwas Lückenhaft, aber man kann improvisieren. Der Backofen läuft nicht auf Umluft (wahrscheinlich falsch angeschlossen) alle Küchengeräte teilen sich eine Steckdose mit Steckerleiste. Die Einrichtung ist etwas altbacken und das Schlafsofa etwas verfleckt. Es macht auch mächtig Geräusche wenn man sich bewegt. Man hört jeden Schritt in der oberen Wohnung. Also eher für Familien mit Teenagern geeignet. Unsere Söhne (13&14) haben die obere Wohnung belegt.

Tolles Objekt

Wir verbrachten eine Woche in diesem Objekt. Ein prima Urlaub in ruhiger Umgebung, die Kinder genossen den Pool. Auch Ausflüge ans Meer waren in 30 min möglich. Das Ferienhaus kann man gut mit Freunden besuchen, da es aus 2 separaten Wohnungen besteht .
