Plus an ensuite bath with DOUBLE sinks to make getting ready a breeze. Free Amenities & No Resort Fees!

For your convenience, I provide an initial supply of necessities, including starter soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwashing and laundry soaps. Once these items have been used, you will need to replenish them for your own use during your stay.

The Resort
Windsor Hills Resort is a 24-hour secured gated community located less than 2 miles from the Main Gates of Walt Disney World. It offers safe and peaceful, luxurious accommodations with all the amenities you would expect from a five star resort, but without the resort fees.
The Clubhouse Complex offers a large lagoon style heated swimming pool, a multi-million dollar water park featuring dueling water slides and large splash zones, hot tub, 48 seat movie theater, fitness center, Foosball, air hockey, table tennis, pool tables, video arcade, sundry shop (convenience store) and video rentals. The outdoor activities include basketball, tennis, pickleball, volleyball, a putting green, castle themed playground and even RV parking.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Do not strip the beds, housekeeping will take care of the linens.
Start a load of towels in the washing machine.
Make sure the electronic key ring is returned to the "Keys Please" hooks if used.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours are between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am
Exceeding the maximum occupancy of 8 guests will result in eviction and forfeit of all rents, fees & security deposits paid.
A Ring doorbell is outside the front door for Security purposes. It is aimed away from the unit & records when motion is detected.

April’s condo was a wonderful place to stay while in Orlando. Check in was well communicated and simple. Upon arrival we found the condo to be clean, quiet, spacious and well-stocked. There were a lot of small details - beach towels, extra blankets, games, shampoo and conditioner - that were included and much appreciated. My family agreed that the beds were extremely comfortable. The resort property was really nice as well. Great pool, game room, and little cafe.

The entire stay was great and relaxing. My entire family enjoyed the stay as well. Games and movies was provided for the kids. Great idea for the little ones. The condo was spacious for everyone to be comfortable. April was great with communicating well regarding the stay. The clubhouse area was very much nice with great hours to enjoy the amenities.

Condo was clean and stocked well with anything you might need! Owner was very responsive and helpful. bedding comfortable! traffic to and from Disney made it about a 15min drive. lots of stores and restaurants on 192 close by that were easy to get to.

Impressed with the cleanliness of the condo, as well as the owner’s responsiveness to our many questions. Can’t go wrong staying here, as the unit has a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and living room furniture, and easy access to the resort’s pool, water park, and tennis and basketball courts. Disney, stores, and restaurants are located nearby. Traffic on area roads is pretty heavy at certain times of the day but that is typical everywhere. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful option at Windsor Hills!

We have stayed at WH several times before, but this property is completely updated and so tastefully decorated for this avid Disney family. We also appreciated having a full stock of some of the necessities such as TP and dishwasher tablets. Not a big deal, really, but sometimes it’s the little things. Thank you for a great stay!

Outstanding property

A Magical Vacation made more

Our overall experience was fantastic! The condo was located close to the main gate and the pool, both of which were nice with driving to the Disney Parks every day and having young children. The condo was fully stocked with any amenities you could need and communications with April was very smooth. If you’re looking for a more cost effective way to enjoy the Disney World Experience I recommend choosing April and this Condo!, we will definitely be staying here again when we return to the Most Magical Place on Earth!

Everything you need for a wonderful stay

The condo is everything described and more. It’s is nicely decorated and very clean. Little details like pool noodles, a step stool in the bathroom, towels for the pool and cooking spray are never a deal breaker for our family but just made the place a step above the rest. We had a quick question for April and she quickly responded and was very helpful. Stay here! You’ll be happy you did!

Great Vacation spot.

We stayed in April’s condo for 5 weeks. Best vacation ever. The condo is exactly like the pictures. Very clean. The beds are so comfortable. Everything provided in the kitchen that we needed to make our meals. So much room. April responded quickly to my texted. Loved the pool and spent a lot of time there. The resort is so close to shopping areas and to the theme parks. Just a great place to stay. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Exceeded expectations

I can not say how incredibly impressed we were with this property. From the time of booking until the time of checking out, April went above and beyond expectations. The condo is very well kept, and April helped make our stay stress free! The amenities were great, the pool was very nice, and the convenience store was also an added bonus while enjoying the pool on a hot summer day.
