Enjoy tropical living in this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with an inviting salt water pool and jacuzzi spa. Spacious home includes large remodeled kitchen, dining room, living room, and family room. Private master suite with pool access connects to an en-suite, including a Roman shower, his/her vanity, and walk-in closet. The split floor plan offers two private bedrooms and full bathroom with pool access.
Relax outdoors in the expansive lanai with gorgeous views of an oversized canal and nightly sunsets, sun deck with plenty of sun for sun worshipers and covering for shade seekers, wet bar, outdoor shower, and gas grill. Private pool has built-in seats (heating optional, with an additional charge. Must be arranged in advance) with adjoining jacuzzi spa.
Conveniently located only two blocks from Charlotte Harbor and a variety of restaurants, shops, and marina at Fisherman’s Village. The marina offers charters for the deep-sea fishing enthusiast. Sunset cruises, island beach cruises, and dolphin/manatee sightseeing cruises are also available. Quaint, historic downtown Punta Gorda, with numerous unique shops and restaurants, is only a short walk or bike ride. The location is ideal for for exploring nearby Gulf Islands of Sanibel, Captiva and Boca Grande. Casa Caicos is a perfect location your next vacation destination!

Lovely home, as advertised

Clean, comfortable, spacious home with lovely heated pool and hot tub, in a quiet neighborhood. Well appointed kitchen and outdoor gas grill enabling at-home dining. As indicated in the description some television stations require your own streaming service-in our case this created viewing issues as a laptop or cellphone would not always stay connected. Other devices may be more reliable. We enjoyed our 8 week stay, especially the comfortable lanai area.

Great Place

This is the second year we have stayed at this home. The hot tub and pool overlook the canal and you can walk to Fisherman's Village. Great neighborhood and location. Owners are always very accommodating and everything you need is available. Highly recommend.

This is the 3rd year in a row we’ve stayed at this property, it’s always very clean and has great features. Very spacious and easily accommodates 4 adults and 2 toddlers comfortably. We love the pool and hot tub, and the hosts are excellent! They’re very responsive and proactive whenever any questions or issues come up.

The Perfect Needed Escape

Information, booking, and communication were seamless thanks to Michael and Jennifer. The property was excellent - immaculate, peaceful, and centrally located. On the day of our departure, my wife said to me, "If possible, every time we come back to the area, I would like to stay here."

Great location and amenities

We had a great stay at Caicos. The property is tastefully updated, prettier and more spacious than the pictures portray. Great hot tub and pool overlooking a calming water view. We had a minor maintenance issue and Mike was very responsive and had it fixed as soon as feasible.
