Step inside and be greeted by an entryway that can accommodate all of your gear with hooks, a bench, and a coat closet. Then step into the spacious living area, complete with a gas fireplace and a TV. Relax in the living area while enjoying the company of those in the kitchen, thanks to the open-concept floor plan. Or, simply step outside onto your private deck with Adirondack chairs and take in those impeccable views.

The Latitude 38 by Vacasa Clubhouse is a private hangout for our guests. Expect unmatched service at a convenient location, ski lockers, concierge services, a cozy lounge, free WiFi, coffee, and snacks!

THINGS TO KNOW
As part of your stay with Vacasa, you will have access to the clubhouse. This facility is located in the heart of Mountain Village and is complete with ski lockers (limited availability & by request), on-site concierge services, free Wi-Fi, and coffee.
The hot tubs are closed during the fall and spring off-seasons for regular maintenance.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
