As you enter Peaceful Easy Feeling you are greeted with an open concept kitchen, dining, and living area with luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout. The spacious living area offers a sleeper sofa, 70-inch smart tv, DVD player, and balcony access with amazing views. The fully stocked kitchen offers plenty of space for preparing family meals and features butcher block countertops, a breakfast bar with seating for 6, and a pantry/laundry room for storage. The dining room table, seating 6, separates the kitchen and living area. Kick back on the main balcony which overlooks the community pool and enjoy the warm, salty gulf breezes while watching amazing sunsets! The main balcony has a table and 4 chairs with a gas grill. As you travel up the stairs to the second floor, you will find the guest bath featuring a shower/tub combo and single vanity. The spacious guest bedroom offers a comfortable king bed and bunk bed and has a private balcony with a view of the Gulf of Mexico. As you venture up a few more stairs into the master suite, you will find a comfortable king bed, day bed, smart tv, en-suite bath with a stand-alone shower, garden tub, and double vanity. You can access the private balcony and enjoy a romantic evening, as you watch the sunset!

Mexico Beach stores and restaurants are less than a 10-minute walk. Start your day enjoying a specialty coffee and delicious breakfast at Caribbean Coffee, enjoy lunch at the ever-popular Crazy Beach Pizza or Mango Marleys, do some shopping in the unique, locally-owned shops, and take some time to pamper yourself at the White Sands Salon & Boutique.

Approximately 700 feet away from this coastal home, you will find yourself in the pristine blue water of the Gulf of Mexico with miles and miles of sugar-white sand. Whether you enjoy combing the beach for shells, snorkeling, kayaking, sunbathing, surfing waves, fishing, or taking a leisurely stroll along the shoreline, you will spend hours of fun while soaking up the sun. In nearby Port St. Joe, venture out to enjoy shopping, galleries, entertainment, and restaurants. Less than five minutes away is St Joe Beach where pets and bonfires are welcome! Some of our properties typically have beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc.) on site. However, there is no guarantee as these items tend to come and go throughout the year.

This property is not pet-friendly and is an animal free zone due to severe allergies. If you bring a pet to this home, an automatic charge of $500 will be imposed and/or you will be asked to vacate the home immediately.

This home comes with everything you need! All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. A few essential items are provided upon arrival: Dawn dishwashing soap, one sponge, two dishwasher pods, one garbage bag, one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, two individual/small bars of soap per bathroom, one laundry powder and one fabric softener.

Minimum age limit to rent this home is 25 years old.

A signed Rental Agreement is required upon booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We strongly encourage our guests to purchase the optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment. All reservations include an administrative fee of $35 (plus taxes) upon booking which is non-refundable in the event of a reservation cancellation. Credit cards processing fees will be charged upon cancellation which is equal to 3.25% of all payments made.

Reservations canceled at least 60 days before check-in date will receive a 100% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled between 30 to 60 days before check-in date will receive a 50% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled less than 30 days before check-in date will result in forfeiture of the full advance rental payments and any other payments.

Our beautiful area has been under reconstruction since Hurricane Michael in 2018. We have come a long way since then, but there is still a considerable amount of new construction going on in the area. While we strive to give you an accurate representation in our photos, we cannot guarantee that new construction near your rental hasn't begun since our photos were taken.
