Our condo is perfectly situated on the 22nd floor at Phoenix Orange Beach II with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room. With over 1,550 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 55" SMART TV in the master, and a 55" Smart TV in the 2nd bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, King bed in the 2nd bedroom and a queen sized sleeper sofa for sleeping up to 6.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, a large Jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach II with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Come and enjoy all that this new Phoenix has to offer, please email to book a vacation to remember. We also have the 3br unit next door should you have a large group and need more space!



Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach II guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful location. Beautiful balcony overlooking the beach/ocean. Beds were very comfortable. 3 full baths is an added bonus. Condo was clean (other than some sand on the master bedroom floor) and orderly. However, we discovered a broken lamp with sharp edges stored in the laundry closet and the garbage disposal did not work. The staff never responded to my email re: these issues. Easy check in/out. It’s a little bit of an inconvenience to have to purchase paper supplies, dishwashing soap and garbage bags. Not a big deal if you’re driving to the destination and can bring these with you. There was a starter pack of these items, so it depends how much you use the items... you may be able to get away with the starter pack. Overall I would stay here again. I would be better prepared net time for items I’d need for the week. The beach is gorgeous and the lazy river lots of fun. Must cross a very busy street to get to restaurants. This was anxiety provoking as a pedestrian.

Some of the pans have been damaged by the dishwasher and not replaced. The biggest disappointment was not being notified that the outside pool was closed for repairs while we were there. I know a lot of people with older kids were mad because they were not told about the closure prior to arrival.

That’s way too late in the day and really inconvenient. In the email there was a sentence that stated “do not call for an early check in” That’s rude and not very customer friendly at all. If the room is ready why not allow an early check in?!My second con concerns young children. I wish there had of been an adult height lock on the sliding doors that lead to the balcony. We were on the 22 floor and I was so nervous about my kids(5,3,2) going out there without supervision. Overall it was a good stay for a great price!!

We did have to contact someone to clean blood off the door frame (it was there when we arrived...yuck). The only other complaint I would have is that there were no beach towels in the condo-this was noted in the information they gave us before we arrived-any condos we've stayed at in the past provide beach towels. Outside of that, we enjoyed our stay and would stay at Phoenix OB II again.

Beautiful property. Loved everything about our condo. The condo had everything that we could possibly need. The only bad thing was that the hot tub on the property was broken the week we were there.

This condo is beautiful! My family and I completely enjoyed our stay! The condo was so spacious and clean. It was just as the listing showed and the beds were super comfortable! However, the kitchen lacked a lot of essentials, it didn't have a broom and dustpan which was a problem with the sand situation, and I wish it would have had a sectional instead of the couch. Also, the bench for the dining table was bolted to the wall so it couldn't be moved.
