Fabulous

We have just returned from a fabulous week- beautiful accommodation- exceptionally clean, very comfortable and with everything you need. The location is amazing - surrounded by hills with views down to the sea. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming. It was the perfect base to relax and enjoy the surrounding area.

First of all, I'd like to mention that the owners, Christel and Reno, are incredibly kind people. They live on the ground floor below the apartment. Both are always available to answer questions and offer tips, or simply enjoy a pleasant conversation (in Italian, English, or German). Reno often brought us fresh vegetables from his own organic garden. The house was very clean, and everything you could possibly need in a kitchen was provided. The nearest beaches are only an 8-minute drive away. The towns of Caletta, Budoni, and Posada can be reached in a maximum of 11 minutes. If you appreciate a peaceful setting (though you can hear cowbells in the distance) and a beautiful view of the sea, then this house is definitely recommended.

Ein toller Sardinienaufenthalt!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dieser Ferienwohnung! Die Unterkunft war nicht nur sehr gepflegt und sauber, sondern hatte auch einen großen Rundum-Balkon, von dem aus wir einen fantastischen Blick in die Landschaft und aufs Meer genießen konnten – einfach zum Abschalten und Wohlfühlen.Die Vermieter waren außergewöhnlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und während unseres Aufenthalts immer wieder mit frischem Gemüse sowie Obst aus dem eigenen Garten und anderen Leckereien verwöhnt – eine Geste, die man heute wirklich selten erlebt. Die Wohnung war hübsch und geräumig, man hatte alles, was man braucht. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen ganz sicher wieder.Vielen Dank Christel und Rino für diese wunderbare Zeit!⸻

Chillige Ferienwohnung mit Fernblick

Sehr schöne geräumige und sehr saubere Ferienwohnung mit super netten Gastgebern. Das Haus liegt etwas oberhalb, so dass man einen tollen Blick auf die Bucht hat. Ruhige Gegend, jedoch nach Windrichtung hört man die naheliegende Autobahn und Landstraße als Grundrauschen. Auf der rundum Terrasse kann man gut entspannen. Abgerundet wird das Angebot durch die sehr netten Gastgeber, die immer mal wieder Kleinigkeiten vorbei bringen oder einen guten Tipp für die Region haben.

Es war alles sooo wunderschön! Die Fewo war sehr sauber; rundherum ein toller Balkon, eher wie eine Terrasse mit einem sagenhaften Blick aufs Meer und die Berge. Sowohl der Sonnenauf- als auch der untergang ein Genuß! Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt und sehr schön angelegt. Die Eigentümer Christel und Rino wohnen unten und sind zwei absolute Goldstücke. Immer hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir haben viel über Sardinien erfahren, vorallem was die italienische Küche anbelangt. Vielen lieben Dank für alles!

Sehr gepflegte FeWo mit herrlichem Blick

Das Haus liegt abseits, aber das macht gerade den Reiz aus: wer Ruhe mit dezentem Familienanschluss sucht, ist genau richtig. Die Vermieter wohnen im selben Haus, sprechen deutsch und haben prima Tipps auf Lager. Der Knaller ist das Sofa auf der Terrasse: unser erster Kaffee morgens mit Blick auf die Bucht, das Schwemmland und die Berge dort war ein Träumchen. Zum Strand läuft man gut 20 Minuten. Bei großer Hitze nimmt man besser das Auto... Alles in allem für unsere Bedürfnisse ein Glücksgriff, gerne wieder!

Grüne Oase mit tollem Ausblick

Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. Rino und Christel sind sehr gute Gastgeber. Die FeWo ist groß, hell und luftig. Die Außenanlage ist großzügig und gepflegt, der Grill wirklich originell. Sauberkeit ist top. Die Ausstattung weist kleine Lücken auf. Das extrem knarzige Bett verlangt sehr festen Schlaf.

Sehr entspannte Ferien in einem tollen Haus

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Nachdem wir die Schlüssel bekommen haben, wurden wir mit frischen Orangen und anderen feinen Lebensmitteln aus eigenem Anbau überrascht. Tolle Ferienwohnung

Wunderschöne Lage mit tollem Ausblick

Das Haus liegt am Berghang mit einem schönen, gepflegtem Garten und einem wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer. Die Wohnung befand sich in einem tadellosen und sehr sauberen Zustand. Die Vermieter, Rino und Christel, waren während unseres Aufenthaltes zugegen und sehr hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich. Leider habe ich von Christels selbst gebackenem Kuchen nichts mehr abbekommen, er hat meinem Mann und den Kinder sehr gemundet. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle an Christel von Mann und Kindern. Schönes Feriendomizil in toller Lage

Das schöne Haus ist einfach und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Die V Hervorzuheben ist die wunderschöne Lage, auf einem großen und gepflegtem Gartengrundstück, mit herrlicher Aussicht auf den nahegelegenen Strand und das "Bergdorf" Posada. Der sehr schöne Strand ist ca. 1,5km vom Haus entfernt und bequem in 15Min. fußläufig erreichbar. Darüber hinaus ist ein Leihwagen zwingend erforderlich. Das Haus ist jedoch verkehrsgünstig gelegen . So ist man z.B. in nur 40 Min. am Flughafen von Olbia. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und geben einem gerne Auskunft bei aufkommenden Fragen. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Wir haben jedenfalls unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. (PS: Wenn man sich noch was wünschen könnte, wäre es eventuell eine W-LAN Verfügbarkeit. Vielleicht ist es aber auch mal ganz gut nicht immer konnektet zu sein? Das Handynetz funktioniert sehr gut und darüber kann man das Wichtigste erledigen.)

Wundervoll!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit landestypischen Flair. Das Haus ist sehr gut und ruhig gelegen. Man hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf das Meer und die Stadt Posada. Die schönen Strände von Posada sind schnell erreichbar. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Wenn irgendwas nicht in Ordnung ist oder man Fragen hat, ist Rino sofort behilflich. Man kann auch sehr gut bei den Beiden im Hotel/Restaurant Sarocca essen. Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet und man kann ein kleines Pläuschchen mit Rino halten. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und haben unseren Aufenthalt in Posada sehr genossen, wozu auch Rino und seine Frau ihren Teil beigetragen haben. Vielen Dank nochmal für eure Gastfreundlichkeit! Die Vermieter Christel und Rino sind super nett, aufmerksam und stehen mit Rat und Tat beiseite. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet, der Ausblick unschlagbar und die Ruhe ist zum Greifen nahe. Sowohl Erholung und Ruhe suchende als auch aktive Urlauber sind hier bestens aufgehoben. Sehr zu empfehlen ist das Restaurant von Rino in Posada. Schöne Aussicht, schöner Garten, nette aufmerksame Vermieter (deutschsprachig), gute Lage für Exkursionen, mit Heizung (für April abends angenehm). Optimal rundum sonnige Lage und im Sommer rundum Schattenbereich. Es weht immer eine kühlende Brise. Ausstattung landestypisch gut. Küchenausstattung hat noch Luft nach oben. Kinderzimmer ohne Kleiderschrank aber mit Schreibtisch. Wir (zwei Paare) fühlten uns wohl und würden es Freunden weiterempfehlen.

Fantastic location.

Lovely holiday, the location is perfect, far enough away from all the big resorts, lovely and quiet down a track, but just down the road from the lovely old town of Posada. The local beach is amazing, you will need a car. The other places around are just as lovely and the beaches are second to none. The accommodation is perfect, everything you require with a lovely balcony for morning or afternoon sunning. The owner downstairs is lovely with plenty of info if it is reqd. Overall the holiday was perfect.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung - Rundum Natur

Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne, erholsame Tage in Posada. Die Ferienwohnung, der Blick von der Terrasse und die Ruhe ... ein Traum ! Christel und Rino sind die perfekten Gastgeber. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns jederzeit mit Fragen an sie wenden können. Der Strand von Posada ist sehr schön und war in keinster Weise überfüllt. Am Besten haben uns die Strände im Naturpark Biderrosa gefallen. Das beste Essen in Posada und Umgebung gibt es bei Rino im Hotel La Rocca unterhalb des Turms im "Centro storico". Leider waren wir nur 12 Tage, aber wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Andrea und Michael

Vielen vielen Dank Christel und Rino

Wir hatten 12 wunderschöne Tage bei euch und fühlten uns stets gut aufgehoben. Euer Domizil ist nicht nur sehr gut gepflegt, es hat auch eine unschlagbare Aussicht auf die Bucht von Posada bis hoch zum Monte Albo. Die Culurgiones und Sebadas in eurem Hotel-Restaurant waren köstlich, genauso wie das ganze frische Gemüse und Obst was ihr mit uns geteilt habt. Auch wir können nur bestätigen: Christels Feigen und Orangenmarmelade ist einfach klasse. Danke für eure Gastfreundlichkeit, wir wünschen euch noch eine gute Saison.

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub

Wir waren eine Woche mit unseren Kindern in Posada. Wir alle haben den traumhaften Ausblick und den großen Garten sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt absolut ruhig. Und unsere Kinder konnten im Baum super klettern. Rino und Christel sind sehr aufmerksam und helfen einem gerne weiter. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
