"The 3 Sisters" – Fern's Cottage is a beautifully renovated and restored Chincoteague cottage where no expense has been spared for your comfort and enjoyment. Perfectly located in town, it’s just a short walk to shops, restaurants, the waterfront park, and the public fishing pier.

This charming cottage features a lovely eat-in kitchen fully equipped with all amenities, a cozy living room with a full sleeper sofa and recliner, and a queen bedroom with an adjacent full bathroom. A large front porch offers a perfect spot for outdoor dining and relaxing.

Guests also have access to a shared windsail bistro area, grills, and picnic table for enjoying meals outdoors and socializing.

For larger groups, this unique, one-of-a-kind property offers three separate rentals, giving guests the opportunity to stay close while still enjoying privacy: Fern's Cottage, Ivy's Cottage (1 BR), and Willow's Bungalow (3 BR).
