This beautiful property in the heart of Chianti about 4 km from Castellina in Chianti, built in the 15th century as an ancient prayer house and used as a farmhouse in the years after 1876, today regained its original splendor and is available to guests as an impressive vacation home. The beautiful vacation home is part of one of the most prestigious Tuscan estates producing extra virgin olive oil and excellent wine. Beautiful panoramic views over the enchanting surrounding countryside to the towers of medieval Monteriggioni. Guests have access to a beautiful garden, spacious outdoor areas and an irregularly shaped swimming pool with WC/changing room. Access by gravel road for about 600 meters. Two hours daily cleaning (Monday- Saturday) are included. On request and payment on site: additional domestic help, cook, linen change during the week and olive oil/wine tasting. Possibility to participate in a typical dinner (buffet) organized every week at the estate (payment on site). In an outbuilding (60 m²) about 60 m away, there is the 5th bedroom with bathroom and a living room with kitchenette.
